What is “Happy Hour?”

It’s a gathering of friends and acquaintances at your home.

What happens?

It’s just like any other party. At the beginning your guests spend a few minutes playing The Getaway Game and learn about The Getaway and Date Night from your Getaway Guru all in a very relaxed no pressure atmosphere. Unique Events provides everything for The Getaway Game including gifts for all participants and prizes for the winners. Once the game is done, you entertain your guests just like any other evening.

What do I have to do?

Well first of all you have to pick a date. Then send the eVite provided by Unique Events and/or mail the postcard invitations (we provide up to 25) to your friends and family. Let Unique Events know how many people to expect.

As host or hostess you provide refreshments, wine & cheese, coffee & cake whatever best suits your guests (we can help with suggestions) Then sit back and enjoy.

What’s in it for me?

Each Happy Hour host or hostess gets a free date night service for hosting the party. In addition, when 3 of your first-time Happy Hour attendees buy a Getaway Service within 6 months of your event, you’ll receive a free Getaway Service of your own.

When are Happy Hours?

Whenever you can get 6 or more people together. Mornings or afternoons are great for Stay at Home Moms. Evenings and weekends for those too busy during the day.
